So i did a little test animation of the rig to see its limits, and also just to get a sense of it, i will be making some small changes shortly and keep on tweaking shaders and textures until it looks good in render, but this one is probably gonna be more or less done very soon

so on a whim i decided to rent out a tilt shift lens, and coupled with grace’s super camera (5Dm2) , they make pretty babies (pictures), heres a couple

added some wires and working pistons, but unfortunately one of the perils of working late at night is you dont know what you’re doing by the end of it. so i accidentally deleted all the splines that drive the wires and now will have to do them all over again, =( they do look nice tho!

i changed it up abit to make for more dynamic poses. The head now moves more freely.

just laid out most of the UVs enough so i can finally start the rigging. This is a basic rig that i did to see if it would work, so far most things work i realize there needs to be an additional section between the hip and head so it could be more expressive and lizard like. Eventually i will add some wires/hoses and hydraulics to make it complete!
